So many agents are told this is a solo business—but the reality is, that can feel isolating, overwhelming, and unnecessarily hard. This collective was created to offer something different.
A space where agents can actually connect, collaborate, and support one another without the pressure of competition or comparison. At its core, Connected & Co. is about bringing people together—locally and nationwide—to grow through mentorship, shared experiences, and real relationships.

Harley Yoder is the founder of Connected & Co. and a real estate professional with over a decade of experience helping clients and agents grow with confidence. With a degree in Business Administration and Marketing, she combines strategy, brand building, and relationship-driven business to create results that actually last. She’s passionate about helping agents build authentic, sustainable brands and is known for her ability to guide others in how they show up, connect, and grow in a meaningful way.
Beyond real estate, Harley is deeply committed to mentorship and leadership. As a cheer coach, a mentor , and a mom— she is passionate about developing people at every stage.
At her core, she believes success is built through connection—not competition—and is dedicated to creating spaces where people feel supported, seen, and empowered to reach their full potential.

Agents usually find Connected & Co. through social media, email, or word of mouth. If they’re not yet with REAL, Harley hops on a quick call to learn about their business, answer questions, and share what the Co. is all about.
Afterwards, they get a follow-up email with a behind-the-scenes video of the dashboard we use, onboarding checklist and the application link. Once they join, members are welcomed into the Facebook group, celebrated on Instagram, and invited to mastermind calls, workshops, and events.
From first hello to full membership, every step is designed to make agents feel supported, inspired, and part of the community.

Together, we share ideas, celebrate wins, learn from each other, and build businesses we genuinely love. Our heart is in community that builds connection and success.
Who can join?
Any real estate agent in the U.S. or Canada is welcome to join. Whether you're brand-new or a seasoned top producer, you'll find community, support, and resources to help you grow.
What does it cost?
Nothing!
There are no fees and no paid memberships to join Connected & Co. All community events, masterminds, Bible studies, and resources are free!
